Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment for treatments is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, that’s absolutely fine with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved just for you. Thank you so much for understanding
