About Me

Hi, I’m Claire Rose — Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Crystal Healer, Reiki Practitioner… and the creator of the Sound and Crystal Space.

I also collect crystals enthusiastically and with zero regret. Truly. 

I love helping people connect with the magic, support, and comfort that crystals bring — whether that’s through a personalised crystal healing session, a soothing sound bath, or simply carrying your favourites with you (pockets, bags, bras… I see you).

My journey into sound and crystal healing didn’t happen overnight. It started as a personal curiosity, grew into a full-on obsession, and eventually turned into a passion for helping others feel grounded, supported, and a little more themselves. There’s just something special about the moment someone realises how much calmer, lighter, or clearer they feel — and I’m honoured every time to be part of that experience.

After years of developing my own spiritual practice, I felt a soul-led calling to share everything I had learned with others. So after letting the universe guide me, I followed the calling to go deeper into the world of sound and achieved a CMA Diploma in Sound Healing, training with Master Sound Healer Ali King and also completing a further 200 hour mastery training with Alchemy Sound Studio.

Through following my love of crystals, I studied to become a CMA Crystal Healing Practitioner with the guidance of Gemma Petherbridge at The Crystal Mystery School, which led me to also become a CMA Reiki Healer.

And I also studied to become an ICF certified Self-Love Coach through training with Melanie Monaco (Master Self-Love Coach and Sacred Ritual Facilitator).

The Sound & Crystal Space is my way of sharing all the things I love most.
